Formed Products became part of the Superior Trim family in 2014.  Historically, this manufacturing facility of 50,000 sqft supplies vacuum-formed and pressure-formed products.  Superior Trim – Formed Products employs 46 people. By adding many innovative processes to enhance the well-known product lines, Formed Products has offered extensive cost savings or design enhancements which often result in takeover of competitor’s business.

 

Superior Trim – Formed Products works to replace historically high tool cost, injection molded plastic parts, with plastic sheet stock forming.  Formed Products is well known for working and educating customers of new ways to achieve surface grain approvals through very innovative and creative methods, replacing the need for injection mold capital expenditures.

 

Housing the Superior Trim tool build shop, Formed Products works with new materials for quick-to-market tooling especially with the addition of recycled raw materials for cost benefits without risk to achieving show-surface quality.
